Temporary Warming Center Opens Tonight At 7 P.M.
Beginning tonight, the City of Aurora will be opening its Temporary Overnight Warming Center at the Financial Empowerment Center, located at 712 S. River Street. The entrance is through the main door and guests will be buzzed in through the security door.
The Center will be open from 7 P.M. to 7 A.M. on:
Friday, December 12, through Saturday, December 13
Saturday, December 13, through Sunday, December 14
Sunday, December 14, through Monday, December 15
The City's Temporary Overnight Warming Center is activated based on temperature thresholds.
