The Village is seeking community feedback on our Community Kauffee events. Whether you’ve attended in the past or are hearing about them for the first time, we would value your perspective. Your input will help us better understand what types of conversations, formats and schedules best serve our residents.

Goosechase is Back

The next Oswego 250 Goosechase experiences goes live on this weekend (March 21) and will run through April 12.
This edition will revolve around historic downtown Oswego. In addition to completing challenges and answering questions with general historical themes, participants will also seek out previous iterations of the American flag which have been placed on display at 15 different downtown businesses.
Prizes will be awarded to the top teams upon completion of the campaign.

Wine, Food, Music and Early Bird Tickets
Wine on the Fox WOTF
Wine on the Fox returns to Hudson Crossing Park on May 2 and May 3. This anniversary year marks two decades of one of the region’s favorite spring traditions, bringing an unforgettable weekend of wine, food, music and riverfront relaxation.
Building on this milestone celebration, the event features an elevated lineup of more than 100 wines from top Illinois wineries along with craft beer options. Guests can look forward to an impressive mix of local food vendors offering pairings that make every tasting even better.
The riverfront will come alive with live music from regional bands throughout the weekend, plus featured performances from students at the Fox River Academy of Music and Art.

Spring Clean Up
Spring cleanup trash
Take advantage of the FREE spring cleanup collection on your regular garbage day the week of April 6. Leaves, twigs and other landscape materials should be placed in Kraft paper bags on the curb. Larger items such as furniture and rugs will also be picked up.

Shred Event
Free shred event general
Protect your personal information and clear out unwanted documents at this free shred event on April 18, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Venue 1012.
Safely dispose of papers containing sensitive details such as bank statements, credit card offers, medical records, bills and tax forms. This is an easy way to help prevent identity theft and fraud.
The event is hosted by Rotary Club of Oswego and sponsored by NuMark Credit Union. Keep in mind there is a limit of three file size boxes per personal vehicle.
