Riverfront Pergola Project
The contractor took advantage of the warmer weather this week and finished up concrete pours for pathways and the areas surrounding the active and passive pergolas. They also began installing the recreational tables (chess and backgammon!) and stools near the active pergolas.

Career Expo
The Workforce Services Division of Will County is hosting the Pathways to Professions Career Expo on March 10 at the Romeoville Athletic and Event Center. 80+ local businesses will be sharing their current employment opportunities. The expo is free and open to the public from 2–5 p.m. More information is available on the Workforce Services website.

Dial-a-Ride
Access Will County is a Dial-a-Ride service that provides curb-to-curb rides to Will County seniors and disabled residents. With this service, Will County has expanded its ability to provide residents with transportation to anywhere within Will County, one mile outside of the county border, and parts of southern Cook County. Community Blood Drive
There are still appointments available at the community blood drive on Monday, March 23, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., at Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street. If you are interested in donating, please make an appointment by registering online. Walk-ins are welcome.
