Brush Collection

Friendly reminder for Zone A that brush collection begins next week on May 4. With warmer weather here, it is the perfect time to clear out those fallen branches and leftover storm debris and get your yard back in shape.

Please place all brush at the curb by 7 a.m. on the Monday of your collection week so crews can pick it up. Make sure everything is set out neatly for easy collection.

For safety, do not place containers or piles in the street. If you still need to confirm your zone or need more info, click here!

Student Representative Deadline
Student Reps
Do you know a student at Oswego High School or Oswego East High School? Be sure to remind them that the deadline for the Student Representative Position is approaching on May 1.

This is a great opportunity for students to get involved in local government, gain real-world experience, and help shape their community. The Village of Oswego is seeking motivated students to serve on local commissions and share ideas and perspectives from their generation.

Each year, two students are selected for one-year terms on a Village commission, with opportunities to serve on the Cultural Arts Commission, the Economic Development Commission or the Historic Preservation Commission.
