127th Street & Plainfield Naperville Road
The intersection improvements to Plainfield/Naperville Road and 127th Street (Reagan Boulevard) will begin next week with the contractor mobilizing and beginning site clearing. The following week, work will include grading and construction of temporary pavement along the west side of Plainfield/Naperville Road. Motorists are encouraged to travel with caution and allow extra time to navigate the work zone as flaggers will be required to safely complete this initial work. Once the temporary pavement is in place, a posted detour route will be needed to allow work on the first stage of the project which includes the reconstruction of Reagan Boulevard and the east side/northbound Plainfield/Naperville Road. More information.
